Our staff visit Japan regularly to maintain and improve service to our clients. You'll send your original documents directly to our office from your Japanese agent. We'll take the original documents that we need and courier or hand deliver the rest of the documents (e.g. deregistration certificates) to your compliance centre or private address. We clear a large percentage of used Japanese cars entering New Zealand (here they're being loaded onboard a roll-on-roll-off (RORO) vessel).

- Vehicles must comply with New Zealand emissions and frontal impact standards. If you are unsure of these please contact us or visit the LTSA website (www.nzta.govt.nz) for a list of vehicles that do comply to New Zealand standards
