Our History
Around the late 1980s, used motor vehicles from Japan began arriving in New Zealand in greater numbers than ever before. This increase created a need for a freight forwarder who could not only handle motor vehicles but also understood the industry.
McCullough Ltd was founded in September 1991. The company was formed to provide motor vehicle importers with a customs and freight forwarding service 100% dedicated to the motor vehicle trade.
Today, McCullough Ltd handles not only motor vehicles but also general cargo from all over the world. McCullough Ltd has applied the same care and attention to detail required for motor vehicles to all general cargo. Our finely tuned systems and procedures make the import/export process easy. Combined with strong relationships with shipping companies, stevedores, government departments, and all parties involved in the process, we provide a cost-effective, personalized service.
