What we did
As Matthew talked

factor - it was absolutely essential that it would be undertaken and
performed right, first time. No mistakes. He needed an external party to
take complete control.
We immediately informed our agent in the
UK to call the Audi Factory and arrange the pickup of the vehicle. Then
we locked in the marine insurance. We then arranged an empty container
to be at the ready in our depot in Felixstowe so we could immediately
pack the container and have it on the next sailing.
Outcome
Within 3 days
Matthew’s car was picked up, packed and delivered to the ship. 2 days
later the ship was sailing. 35 days later it docked at Auckland wharf
and was unloaded. 2 days later Matthew was able to go and see it at the
compliance centre and that afternoon it was tucked up in his garage.
